At Cardcenter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Cardcenter account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
